Products Introduction

 

 

The GS5227 Redundant Switching Distributor is a multi reference backup time synchronization terminal. It supports seamless switching among three 10MHz and 1PPS inputs, and offers both manual and automatic operation modes. In automatic mode, if any of the three input signals fails or is interrupted, the system performs a full switch to an alternate reference. In manual mode, users can select any valid input as the reference for switching. Regardless of the mode, the device continuously outputs 10MHz, 1PPS signals, and NTP time information. Critical to its design is the requirement that the 10MHz and 1PPS signals switch simultaneously to the corresponding input channel.

The GS5227 features multiple 10MHz and 1PPS outputs, and is additionally capable of operating as an NTP network time server. The device's key advantages are its seamless switching and dual-redundant design: seamless switching ensures phase continuity without jumps before and after the transition, while dual-redundant power supplies significantly improve system reliability.

Additionally, the GS5227 can function as a distributor. When a reference source is selected, the input signal can be directly distributed to multiple outputs, making it a high-performance device that integrates distribution, switching, and time synchronization functions.
